EXCHANGES:

  • Exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product. Products must be in the mail within 5 days of receiving the product.

  • To initiate a exchange, email ashandflax@gmail.com no later than 3 days after you receive the products in the mail. We will respond with specific instructions on how to return your items.

  • All on SALE items are FINAL SALE with no exceptions.

  • When exchanging an item, it must be free of all smells and perfume. It must come with original tags and unworn. If the item does not meet these requirements, it will not be eligible for an exchange.

  • Exchanges may take up to one week to process. We will notify you by email details about your exchange.

  • If we have the item in stock, we will process an exchange. If not, a refund in the form of a credit to your Ash + Flax account will be granted in the form of a credit code. Due to the nature of the store and the ever-changing inventory, an exchange may or may not be possible.

  • If you choose to make a exchange, you must pay the shipping to send it back.
